Modern Buddy

How come some Buddy's are black on the underpart of Headlight & all the way across and some are the color of the main scooter panels?

I saw a blue, pink, the italia, and pampalon, st tropaz are not black?

Is that a special part to order?

They're just different color schemes that Genuine has used at various times. You can order replacement panels in various colors, or repaint them yourself.
