Buddy Blackjack 150-Do all front lights work?

The headlight and the two blinkers attached to the handlebars work on my blackjack. However, the two blinkers near the front fender don't do anything. Are they for show only? What is the trick to make them work?

No, the two body lights are disonnected and rewired up to the handlebar lights. The DOT failed the PGO design because they're not far enough apart. Genuine needed to add the upper lights to pass entry inspection.
The upper lights are known around here as the "DOT" lights, and the lower set are colloquially known as "deadlights".
