someone should invent "quick release" mirrors

I transport my buddy in the back of a minivan. It's just fits sans the mirrors, so I have to take them off every time I want to transport. If there are any inventors here.... yeah, "quick-release" mirrors.
This could also solve the problem of having to re-tighten the mirrors all the time.

That or bendable/flex ones. Kinda like those lamps or torches...

oo, good idea...hmm.. I have old mic stand with a flexi neck... might have to take it apart and see if I could figure out how to make mirror necks out of it ... in ALL of my spare time , lol

Anything would help, as they seem to come loose/snap off after a mousefart worth of pressure....

I'd rather the quick release than the bendi-flex. I feel like the gooseneck style might vibrate out of spot at a stoplight and I'd have to readjust every time.

why not just go with bar end mirrors?

that's actually Plan C for me. I have a spare pare, so I'm going to put those on. if those don't work, I have yamaha c3 mirrors, which don't look quite as stylish but are a lot better fore viewing.

Napoleon bar end mirrors work well. The fold in for tight spaces or transport, and fold back out without losing their adjustment.

They are quick-release. It's just a one time use and requires a bolt extractor in some instances.
