I passed my motorcycle road test this morning

! My wife no longer has to follow me around.
The scooter hit 200 miles on the way to the test, and I hit 200 miles on the scooter on my way back from the test. It had 9 miles on it when it was delivered.

Nice! You might want to sign up for the MSF course as well. They can critique your riding skill and give really good tips you might not get elsewhere.

If ya do the road test your not allowed any feet down other than pulling over to let traffic pass, otherwise it's an auto-fail. It was a quiet street and I didn't have any traffic to deal with but I kept a careful watch for it, did my circles and eights with no problems.
Two guys my wife works with took their tests with the same guy and they thought he was a jerk. But with me he was the nicest guy, I think the facts I had a decent scooter and the my wife(who had to drive the test administrator behind me) has her class A (CDL) and class M, set a good tone to start with.

I took my test the first of the year. Here in Missouri we do ours in a empty parking lot, they have lines painted on the ground and they have an instructor telling you what to do. Really not to bad don't have to worry about any traffic just do it how they say. I lost one point as I barley taped my foot down.I think you are aloud to miss 5 or so points if I remember right. Its a great feeling to get your Motorcycle licence I put it off and finally decided I need to get it, so glad I got it done. Congrats on getting be safe and keep the shinny side up.

I didn't find out until last night, my wife recorded the maneuvers part of my test. It seems the proctor told her that if she could record it she should because sometimes they turn out to be youtube moments.
Well it there weren't any youtube moments , but I had her post it anyways. If you want to watch here's the link

No Just the maneuvers part(the box), the rest of the road test was going half way around the block to get to this spot and then going the rest of the way around the block to get back where we started.

Kewl! An 8 using curbs instead of cones. Nice job! I should have taken the test on a scoot vs. the MC. I lost my only point because I went 6" outside of the box one time. The lower center of gravity would have been nice.
