Got a Cuppini Short Windscreen from Scooterworks.com and one of the bolts snapped off during install. Where can I get just a left-threaded 8mm bolt without rebuying a new windscreen for $100.00?

thanks.

Pretty cheap for a BMW replacement part!

What's the length of that bolt?

May want to check out a hardware store; my Cuppini shook the left-hand mirror loose and I lost a nut while going 35 mph. Home Depot had a replacement nut for $1.06. Pretty sure they'd have bolts too. They may not look as good as the Cuppini ones, but you'd probably be the only one who would know.

Good luck.

+1 on hardware store. Last year i neededto find a tiny screw for my juicer and couldnt find it at a Home Depot or a Lowes. They pointed me to Ace Hardware, which had a ton of harder-to-find screws.

Also, there are more specialized places that sell more obscure nuts & bolts, ge erally catering to the construction industry that I learned about in the process. Good to know about those places, too.
