Quick noise question

So, I'm running a Buddy 50 with a Prima pipe and UNI filter. That setup is right around the maximum noise level I think I can get away with and still have neighbors that like me.

My question is for those that have installed a 70cc kit, or seen one; how much louder did things get, or was it more of a change in tone?

Basically, I'm trying to find out if a 70cc with the Prima is substantially louder than a 50 with the Prima or just a different tone.
