Family in town, they get the car. Wife has a longer trip and therefore the scooter. I rode to work today, on my bicycle.

Since we bought the scooter my wife only lets me ride the scooter. THAT'S FINE WITH ME! Oh well there are the times when we are together an I am expected to drive HER in HER car! Lol It's the first time she has had a car 100% at her disposal, even with the moped I would need the car.

Nearly the same tomorrow, when I'm supposed to buy/ride home Velobuff's kymco from Boulder. I better bring the mesh and lots of water!

oh. so YOU bought it. congrats. you could plan a route that goes by as many bodies of water as possible

I used to look forward to passing by the lakes when I had to ride on a really hot day.
there's the Baseline Resevoir on Cherryvale, and Marshall Lake on Marshall Road. Rock Creek is also pretty cool because of all the trees. Then make your way to Lowell by the lakes north of and south of 64th. By 46th is another lake, with those smaller, cooler tree-lined streets.

I wasn't aware either, but I did a 2 wheel ride today, albeit the MC.
Thought with heat and humidity like this, I have to admit that I missed the AC in the SUV. Well, at least while I'm sitting at one of the far too many stoplights on the way to work. Once I'm moving, I forget all about the cage.

Luckily, I always ride to work (barring snow).

Damn, I didn't know about this.
Haven't been riding as much the last few weeks what with having to take Little Miss Groucho to summer camp. The roads are a little too crowded for two on a 50cc.
But surely one of those days in December when I was riding in 40 degree weather will make up for it...

Yeah, I feel like this would be a more effective signal to society that we two-wheeled riders exist if it were, say, a monthly thing, not a YEARLY thing. But, y'know... anything helps.

I ride to work everyday....unless a blizzard hits. Then I bus it, and that reminds me why I like to ride a scooter!

Did you have to count them, too?

Yes every one, on an order that large I give 10% over too. I only try to do a couple hundred or so at a time so it doesen't get obsessive. R

I planned to ride to work, but (being a new scooter rider....only a week old now) with the rain that decided to start right when i was getting ready to leave, i didn't feel that it would be a good idea. I need to get some more mileage under my belt.
