Buddy Low Profile Seat
Ordered and received a low profile seat for my 125. The seat looks good "black" and feels o.k. while riding. Installation couldn't be simpler. so far the only negative I have is that my full face helmet will not fit in the pet carrier, the seat just comes down to low. Nothing to be done about it, it is just the way it is. All in all, I am satisfied. By the way the seat came from scooterworks and was made by PGO in Taiwan.

I tried to order one from Scooterworks about a month ago but they didn't have any in stock and told me they wouldn't get a shipment in for a few months so I sent mine to Diamond Upholstery. The son's owner, Matt, sent me some pictures for approval and it looks amazing! It won't get here until Monday though.

I love my low profile seat. In fact, I love it so much that I had the presence of mind to remove it from my crashed Italia before I took it to the shop for an insurance estimate. I didn't want to lose it in the event they called the Italia totaled (which they ultimately did). Not only does it give me, at 4'10", a little bit of extra reach, I just find it more comfortable than the stock seat. Because of it's design, there's kind of a little pocket that you slide back into, which is very nice. I also am happy to be rid of the hump that was in the stock seat pan because I could feel that through the seat. Of course, the elimination of the hump is the reason full face helmets don't fit anymore. All in all, I have zero complaints about the low profile seat and would recommend it to anyone looking to gain some reach.

I am waiting for mine to arrive. Scooterwotks were nice to hold off shipping while I was on vacation. Now I can hardly wait to install it. I've redlly been worried with new summer riding shoes not being able to flatfoot it. The seat should be arriving next weerk

In two words: LOVE IT!
I am actually sitting on the seat instead of being purched uncomfortably at the very edge. I never reslised just how ill fitted to my height the stock seat was until I replaced it with the LoPro seat.
Now I just have to remind myself that I can flatfoot and not try to stand on my tiptoes. Since I never overload my pet carrier I really do not notice any difference in what can fit in it. To me this seat is a lot more comfortable than stock.

At the local dealership, I got to sit on both the normal seat (170i) and the low profile seat (Psycho). The low profile seat was quite comfortable and makes it feel more like you are sitting in the scooter rather than on top of it.
I've read that the low profile seat slightly reduces the under seat storage space and I confirmed that this can make a difference in whether a helmet fits or not. A BiLT Roadster 3/4 helmet fit in the under seat compartment with the normal seat (with less than 1/2" to spare at the top) but with the low profile seat on the Psycho the seat would not close on the 3/4 helmet.

I'm bumping this topic because I want to make the low profile seat known to noobs.
I absolutely LOVE mine too! It makes all the difference in how I feel sitting on my scoot. I am 5'4", 29 inseam, and I am flat-footed on the low profile seat.
Plus lie someone said, I feel like I am sitting "in" the scooter rather than "on top of" it.
It has squishy/firm feeling and is contoured to my keester as well, which I like.
I highly recommend it to anyone who is "vertically challenged" on a Buddy.
