A mix up with a friend on a ride today caused me to dump the scooter at a very slow speed. It scuffed the plastic on the bottom side of the feet rest. I was wondering what you all would suggest I use to buff out the scuffs? Thanks in Advance. Pete

Try a plastic polishing compound from an auto store. Depending on depth, best you can usually do is clean them up a bit.

I've taken care of some rather large scrapes on the plastic panels of our ATVs. Depending on the size of the scrape or scratch you can try matching the color with some touch up paint (I've used the small bottle with a brush for scratches), then after allowing it to dry for a week or so, I've used polishing compound (or the products marketed as "scratch removers" which are basically the same thing) as Eric recommended.
The results have been good. If you're looking hard for the damage you can see it, but other than that, it's really not noticeable. This is probably somewhat color dependent as well. The ATVs are a very generic red color. I've had no need to try it on the Buddy, but I'm sure it would work well there with it's black color.
