Extra Keys for the Buddy 125
I'm looking for someone to make me an extra key for my Buddy's. The closest key found was a Toyota Blank, but it is still to thick. Has anyone found a key to use? My locksmith asked me to ask you folks before he starts expeiramenting with the Toyota Blank.

Key blanks
I had this issue earlier this summer. I had never received my spare key and then lost one. The dealer didn't have any blanks.
Found a fantastic locksmith here in OKC. They made me a brand new key. The key looks kind of like:
___________
I I
I X9 73VB I
I Ileo I
I usa I
I I

I I
Hope this helps

There's a ModernVespa member who's a locksmith.
Search the memberlist for Jimh and PM him to see if he has spare keys. For MV members he hooks up deals on spare keys and all.

:)
Is it so obvious that one of my first computers was a Texas Instrument? I think I learned "BASIC" programming on an Atari? Can that be right? We saved onto cassette tapes.
Oh my, I'm old.
Sigh.
(I don't feel it on my scoot!!!)

Yeah, I was an ace BASIC programmer on both the IBM PC Jr. and the Tandy TRS-80. My first home computer did have a 5 1/4" floppy drive, though we used to buy games on cassette to play on a friend's TRS-80.lylee wrote:Is it so obvious that one of my first computers was a Texas Instrument? Key Blanks
We're still waiting in Cincinnati for Genuine to get blanks to our Dealer. I have been to a couple great locksmiths who can't come up with anything that works....same with my 2005 Chevy Aveo.

Ah, the Tandy. And ASCII! Most excellent. But, dang it, I'm not old! I'm only 29. Oh, the Violent Femmes!!! That was a band!!!
I got to see them when I was in college, in NYC. I wasn't super into them at the time but it seems like a fun outing. OH MY GOD it was great. I don't think I'm not sure I've ever had so much fun. Great crowd.
I feel old because I work with a bunch of 24 year old who after a night on call are bouncy and alert at 5 am, while every bone in my body aches and it takes all my concentration to even remember my name.
I define old (adulthood really) as the stage in life when you sleep voluntarily. . .maybe even plan when you're going to sleep . . .even daydream about long uninterrupted sleep in you own wonderful bed with clean sheets and nothing to do the next day. hmm.
