Lower Handle Bar Cover Removal and Other Parts ?'s

I got my Buddy back from the dealer and everything important checks out fine. With the exception of the headlight (which I think I can repair rather than replace) it looks like it is mostly plastic panels that need replacing. Thank God deer are soft!
One of the parts that probably needs replacing is the lower handle bar cover. Does anyone know how to replace it? The cover itself is fine, but the posts that the mounting screws go into snapped off. I still have all the posts, so do you think it would hold up if I epoxied them back on?
I also need a replacement for the grocery hook for the lower inner front cover, the black plastic ring that goes around the ignition for the upper inner front cover, a new clear lens for the right turn signal, and a new lens for the righ dead light. Do these come with the body panels they mount in, or are they available separately?
I'll be replacing the lower front cover that the dead light mounts in, but the turn signal, turn signal, and inner front covers are salvageable if I can get the small parts.
Thanks,
Kyle
