This site will report to you most of the information that web sites can determine about you just by accessing them, including what it believes to be your location.michelle_7728 wrote:Alright, you all have my curiousity picqued.Syd wrote:My proxy at work tells the world that I work in France. Where do I look to determine this?
I can tell because when I try to go to www.yahoo.com it's all in French (France French, not Canadian French).TVB wrote:This site will report to you most of the information that web sites can determine about you just by accessing them, including what it believes to be your location.michelle_7728 wrote:Alright, you all have my curiousity picqued.Syd wrote:My proxy at work tells the world that I work in France. Basically it is doing a generic lookup of the last public IP address it can trace you to. The IP address that has been assigned to you is probably registered to an isp that has its main offices in North Texas.pumpedoncaffeine wrote:Cool, it says I am from North Texas, only about 500 miles or more off.
