This came up in a different forum, but I thought there might be someone out there that could get some use out of this info.

I believe instructions might come with the helmet (or the visor) telling how to do this, but I'm told they are not the greatest, so I thought I'd share how I do this.

thanks, I have that helmet in white.

I hope not to replace the visor on this one. made the mistake of scratching the visor to hell and back on my exo 1100, a $40 mistake.

Yes, they aren't cheap. The main reason most people might replace them (I would think) is that the visor that comes with them doesn't have that much tint to it. I don't ride at night, so I'd rather have a visor with dark tint. :)

I've been thinking of grabbing the blue one-way visor for my EXO900 but I don't wanna have to deal with the hassle of carrying my clear visor with me.

or the first time you use a paper towel to dry it and then it looks like it was belt sanded....

I always use those reusable/disposable blue shop towels that typically come in a roll. (sometimes you can get them in a quick dispensing box). They are softer on plastics than normal paper towels.

I have a Scorpion EXO helmet with a clear visor in it if I need to do night riding, but otherwise use my other helmet with the tinted outside visor. Not fun the time or two I got caught out after dark...
