Starter Compatibility

Post by PIStaker »

Have been back and forth on this one, need someone with experience:

I have been advised that the replacement Starter from Scooterworks DOES NOT work with the Buddy.
I was told that the PGO Starter varies slightly from the standard GY6 set up.

Has anyone run into this, or know any different?

I'm getting ready to do some starter work. I'm going to try to rebuild the existing first.

From what I have read the OEM is the only one that will fit. Others may know more than I do!
