A couple of quick queries:

1. Can anyone advise if there is meant to be a gasket between the standard exhaust and the head?

2. I lost the standard exhaust heat shield (fell off). Does anyone have any nice aftermarket solutions? I have seen a couple of cheap covers held on by clips, but looking for ideas.

Dont really want to spend the money on a Prima and rejet.

Yes, ther should be a crush washer.

Do you really want a shield? It's not really necessary...
