Has anyone experimented with different carbs on the Buddy 150s? I'm thinking of upgrading mine before doing any major mods. I'm curious to know if anyone has done that yet.

I'd like to know what mods this carb requires to work with the B150.

It says that it requires special intake manifold.
I would also say the the throttle guide looks like it's positioned differently.

I just installed a 30mm carb with a pod filter and I'm not happy with it at all. It's running lean on the top end, as if not enough fuel flow. I'm going to have to do something about fuel flow.

Finally got it to where I want it. A little on the rich side and I have all my top end. Now to get an exhaust to compliment.
