Buddy must not be feeling good

Buddy not feeling good AGAIN .... not running good ... 1st time ,less then 1 month old just over 100 miles on it and it started running like crap. It would just kind of chugging along, sputter and die . Brought it to the dealer they got it in right away and was ready to go in about an hour.
They said there was somthing in carb. That was about three weeks ago. .... I now have just under 200 miles on it and it is acting up again!! :(
I have not brought it in yet this time .... Anyone else have this prob ?? I use premium gas like the dealer told me to (I know thats a touchy subject here ) from the pump , not from a gas can. I have only put gas in it 3 times, it is full right now. I drive it most every day.
If there is crap in carb how would it be getting there? How is it getting through fuel filter? I wouldnt think that there has been enough gas through it to be built up.

Any thoughts?

Know where I can down load the 50cc service manual?

How does roadside assistence work? Would they actualy pick it up and bring it to the nearest dealer? Free ?

If it's worth it to you or for what it's worth take it to the dealer and force dealer to fix!

I had a similar problem with mine. I think I got some bad gas somewhere and got some water in the carb. It has been fine ever since. One thing you might want to do is keep your trank pretty full. This will help keep condensation from forming in the tank. I agree with taking it back to the dealer

Roadside assistance will pick it up and bring it to dealer provided you're within a certain distance (I think maybe 50 miles?).

Have you ever overfilled the gas tank or oil? Ridden through a lot of dirt or mud recently? Aside from carb, this could also be a clog or some crap in the air filter.

over filled it the 2nd time I put gas in it ..... didnt over flow it at the pump, but it did run some gas out the overflow tube after it sat awhile , it was a hot sunny day .... how could that cause this prob?

have not had to add oil yet...

There could be gas in the air filter. It's kind of a shot in the dark, though, especially since you've had problems with the carb in the past.
