Has anyone else thought about doing somthing stupid like mounting a set of bull (the animal) horns where the front rack would be mounted??

I've considered mounting all manner of armaments on mine, but one really has to balance that with the enforced down time that is likely to follow.

I've often thought of doing something stupid, probably more often than I know. I've only actually DONE something stupid a few times in relation to that.
Horns? No.
Cohones? No.
Side mount rocket launcher? Hell yeah if I could find one.

Options not available on modern Vespas.

I see we all have warped minds. That seat can't be comfortable. I can't imagine riding 50 miles on top of a bazooka

Imagine the warm buns you'd get after you fire that thing!

I knew somebody would post a picture of that thing as soon as I mentioned armaments.
Back to the OP's question, I've seen some mods done to Buddys that I think would qualify as "doing something stupid", but I don't want anybody to feel bad about what they've done to their scooters, so I won't be more specific no matter how ridiculous I think it looks. I suppose beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Buddy_wannabe, if you want to mount bull horns on there, I don't think it would look any worse than some of the other things scooterists have done. Just watch out for the sudden impulse to charge a bunch of pedestrians.

Probably fun to balance while stopped, too.

And what's the best thing to go along with a set of horns...what else, Kev?
What's that you say? A really REALLY LOUD HORN?!

Absolutely! I think some bull horns on the front with a Stebel behind them would be a perfect combination. Let's have a contest to write the best newspaper headline describing the incident that could ensue.
I'll start:
Perplexed Pedestrian Gored by Buddy, Horn Heard for Blocks

Pedestrian Loses Battle with Loud Horny Buddy
Sorry, Kevin - had to go there after seeing your headline.
I've thought about trying to mount a bobble-head (or a dashboard hula girl) somewhere, but not sure it would withstand all the bumps.

Steve, I think the current series at Crossroads has you obsessing about something.

You could start one. I'd join that. (Couldn't be an officer, though. Too much on my plate right now.

I got wee Mack at a flea market on the way to New Hope, PA. Then I drilled a couple of holes in my fender and screwed it into place. That sucker is HEAVY, though...one of the screws shook loose (even with loctite!) and put gouge marks all over the fender. Dang, that reminds me...I need to post AFTER pics of the
nailpolish "fix."
And here's a better picture of li'l Mack:

LOL! Y'all are silly. But seriously, I don't need a fan club. Just send money!

I was actually going to remove the silver front horn cover, move the horn lower in the compartment and install a light up flux capacitor. Then I got lazy. Might be a winter project.
Hey Bluemark, Is there a Buddy/blur dealer in Toledo? I am originally from Sylvania, but have relatives in Maumee.
