I've heard of Total Ruckus, it's not model-specific like you are looking for but they still may be able to talk with you about stuff... still under the Honda umbrella

I used to go to SHcooter forum before i found this place.
It's kinda slow over there. The SH150 wasn't a huge seller over here so finding a large community to talk to is kinda hard.

It's not exactly what you're looking for but Maxi-Scoots has had some discussions about that machine in the scooter forums and IIRC, more than one member has one.
