Maybe I should have said, not current.<---/emphasis on current/. When I first saw it (the scooter) I thought it was a Buddy, then took a good look and saw that square headlight. The stripes made my eyes kind of wobbly so trying to stay focus'ed was difficult at best (curse you weak old eyes).

And thanks JHScoot for the i.d. in both instances :)

Older than mid-year '09 (It still has the kickstarter that was deleted halfway through that year's production run) and can't be older than '06 when they were introduced to the U.S. market (it has the U.S. spec turn signal pods, so it's not a Euro model). The oil sump doesn't seem to taper up at the aft end which means it's not a 2T 50cc model. That's all I can glean from that photo.

Wouldn't surprise me if Google could find more on it, including who did the paint job.

I like the "S" series just not that one as the stripes annoy me. I wonder if she actually rides that or if it was just a photo shoot thing?

The saddle looks like the one fitted to the S50 4V. I think that model was released late in 2008, so it would be possible for it to have a kicker if the delete didn't happen until mid-2009.

That seat was also standard on the 150s.
Late models have had the touring (mostly flat) seat as standard, but that was after the kickstart deletion in any case.
