(In the Buddy's handlebar switch module). Seems the modules are aluminum while the screws are steel, and these suckers really galvanize together when over-tightened so that they're almost frozen! Even a power screwdriver wouldn't budge things..
What works then? -A hand hammered impact driver does the trick...
