Getting those screws loose....

With the help of a good scootering friend, I just got some really tough screws loose. 
(In the Buddy's handlebar switch module).
Seems the modules are aluminum while the screws are steel, and these suckers really galvanize together when over-tightened so that they're almost frozen! Even a power screwdriver wouldn't budge things..
What works then? -A hand hammered impact driver does the trick...
