It's Becoming Natural

Bought the RH last July, my first motorized 2 wheel vehicle ever. Went through the whole learning curve on my own, with only one minor spill (slow turn in a parking lot).
This year I was wondering if I'd have to start all over getting the FEEL, but from the moment I took a ride recently everything just felt normal,,,,,,,,,the whole process of trusting the scoot in turns etc.
I'm far from being an experienced rider but hopefully with a full summer this year I'll get even more relaxed when riding. Maybe relaxed is the wrong word because you have to be mentally erect for cagers & other obstacles. Comfortable might be a better word.
BTW, I'm 68 and have had both spinal fusion & hip replacement surgeries within the last 18 months. So if I can do it, anybody can. :D

Be suspicious of all other vehicles and imagine them screwing up.
Wear very conspicuous clothing.

I've survived riding with that philosophy for over 40 years with only one close call, and luckily that was at 21 years old when I was invincible, so I made it through in flying colors. But you never forget the taste of adrenalin.
