Well I screwed up and let my battery die. Now my headlight doesn't work however, when I turn on the high beam that works fine.
What's that all about?
Thanks!

The battery has a full charge and everything else works, right?
If so, it may be the switch or the connection, something not directly related to the battery dying.

First thing to do is check the bulb. The Buddy headlight has two separate filaments. One is for the low beam and one is for the high beam. Since you probably do most of your riding on low beam, that is the one that will blow first.
You might be able to tell if the bulb is blown by looking at it closely. In this spec drawing, the filament closer to the tip of the bulb is the low beam filament (click the image to expand):
If the bulb appears to be blown, you can replace it with a cheap standard 35/35W H4:

Or you can spend more and get slightly better output at the same wattage with a PIAA HS1:

It's a coincidence. The headlights and battery on different circuits from the stator.mopaji wrote:Well I screwed up and let my battery die. Now my headlight doesn't work however, when I turn on the high beam that works fine.

Time for a bulb replacement.
