1336 miles. Are you downsizing?

Wait... a 4-digit odometer? Say what you will about their speed,* but a Honda Metro's gotta have a longer expected life than that! If my Buddy had an odo like that, I'd be rolling it over for the second time pretty soon.

*sample unfair joke: In 10 years this one has only had time to go 1336 miles. :clown:

no comment. my kiddow is hmmmmmm... a bit younger than 16 but where we are at and with what I have seen here in the "boonies" kids riding (fourwheelers, etc) Met is just a " moped" .
The reason I was questioning the odo is that I expected at least one more space for numbers. It is a Honda after all

I don't know form what 'boonies' to which you refer, didn't think you were in the 'boonies'......
No matter, he was always adamant that.......

Thinking about it again, I would wonder if it's on more than it's first trip around.
I've over 7000 miles on my Met and there's been no more than 200 miles put on it in the last almost 4 years! All our mileage was put on it in the first 3 years of our ownership of it. Where as I have 18000 +/- miles on my Buddy in these 4 years.

We have family close to W. Va line and visit often. Lets just say that local Lions club puts together yearly music festival called " Redneck Days"

I am thinking you are right. From what I read on the net the odometer resets

Might not be on the 2nd go round. My 2008 Yamaha Vino only has 1812 miles because I bought the Buddy in 2009 and she's been my scoot of choice ever since. I only keep the Vino because if something happens to the Buddy (heaven forbid) I'd be scooterless and THAT I will not tolerate. Maybe the owner of the Met has another scooter as well.
