Windscreen cleaner/polish?

Hey all,
My Prima windscreen is looking a bit ragged... so I was curious what people are using to clean/polish theirs. The windscreen is acrylic, so it hazes and scratches with anything "gritty."
A Google search led me to this:

...but it has that "too good to be true" vibe. Any thoughts? Advice? Answers?

I worked in a picture framing shop for 8 years. We used Novus polish on plexiglass. There were other brands, but this always worked the best.

Plexus has gotten pricey, but it still works great, BUT if you can find it. Slipsteamer windshield cleaner and polish is still the bet I have found.

Windex. Probably not the best but I only use the windshield as a wind buffer anyways.

Despite the high cost I was a plexus advocate for many years. Now I have changed...to Lemon Pledge...works just as well as Plexus for me at about one tenth the cost.

'Really shouldn't use any cleaner containing ammonia on plexiglass. It will damage the plastic.

I use Lemon pledge for lots of things...on my Motorcycle... It works great for renewing the Black finish on my engine block...at about 1/4 the price of S100 engine cleaner.... But......does it polish the scratches on the windshield?? I didn't think it had that ability....but I've just used it to clean, and not remove scratches...but I'll agree, for the cost, it's one heck of a "do everything" on a motorcycle/scooter...

And, for those that find Plexus too expensive...there is another one that is almost as good, but about 1/4 the cost.... Pink and black spray can called "Biker Spirits" IMO, not quite as good as Plexus at the Anti-Static control...but a darn good polish for about 6-7.00 a can..

Ok...... Plexus is the shizz!
I found a place locally that carries it - although they were out-of-stock at the moment. I ended up getting the .42oz bottle to do the windscreen and ordered the big 13oz. After a good cleaning with water and an old undershirt, I sprayed my windscreen with Plexus and wiped/buffed it out with a microfiber cloth.
WOW! What a difference it made! I also cleaned/Plexus-ed the front and top-case. Great stuff!
I agree... it is more expensive than it should be, but it does do great things.
