I was thinking about getting a Uni pod air filter for my '08 50cc Roughhouse. I have already up-jetted to a 95 main jet and I'm still running pretty rich even after removing the snorkel from the airbox and adding some small holes on the outside. I was browsing scooterworks' website but I couldn't find a 35mm air filter and I was hoping that someone here might have an idea as to where would be a good place to buy one. I was also wondering if its better to get a foam airpod filter or a cone...I see the cone more commonly on 4 strokes and not as often as on 2 strokes. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Why not just get one of your examples from the links you supplied? In my experience foam is higher maintenance but if cared for properly can last longer and easier to replace when needed.

I don't really like buying stuff on eBay as I have experienced trouble with sellers in the past with shoddy products. I like to know about solid and reputable places that I can share my business with and expect quality customer service and warranties.

Bump. Has anyone used a reputable website for air filters?

I just received a 38mm UNI foam filter (and some other goodies) from Buggy Parts NW. Link to filter:

It arrived quickly. They also seem to have great customer service. After contacting them and letting them know the jets I ordered didn't fit my carb, they're giving me a refund for them after I send them back.

Was that for a 150cc scooter? I can't seem to find an official UNI brand 35mm pod filter, only 38mm...does anyone know if they can secure over a 50cc stock carb?

It was for a 150cc scooter.
If your carb inlet is 35mm, there's enough flex in the plastic coupler that the filter should fit on there.
