I didn't find a lot of info about these but for $13.99 it seems hard to go wrong for a simple riding bag.

I bought one of the backpacks last time for $17 and I'm impressed with the quality for that price. The main handle, zippers and zipper-pulls are great quality and I really like the size. For $14, they're a fantastic deal.

Mine arrived yesterday (1 green, 1 black). I'll probably keep one and give/sell the other. I honestly haven't had a chance to take a good look, as it was getting dark by the time I opened the box!

It's not branded Vespa, but the
Yukon Tactical sling pack that is on woot right now is *awesome*. I got one last week and think that after many, many "hopefuls", I might just have finally found the ultimate bag.
Or, if not that, at least close enough to it that I have ordered a second for sometime in the future if the first one wears out. Based on what I can tell, that's going to be a long time from now, it is built very stout. Besides the main sling strap, it has an attached stabilizer strap, large divided internal pockets, MOLLE straps on the outside for pockets or things like the attached water bottle pouch. Really nice for general totin'.
