Help with my mirrors (buddy 125)

I need help with one of the mirrors on my buddy. I have tried tightening the lock nut but it still won't stay where I want it. Is there an easy way to fix this?

loctite I used the red.. harborfreight has their version..

I use loctite blue, and lock washers. That was 2 years ago, still tight. :lol:
