Hello Everyone!

Post by werro_123 »

Hi everybody, I'm werro. I'm 16 years old and just bought my first scooter instead of my first car. I got a red Buddy 125 earlier today and I've already put 50 miles on it, it's tons more fun than driving a car. I'll probably be around the forum a lot but I tend to lurk so I might not be very active in conversations. Hope to get to know most of you!

No, no you have it all wrong. Now he's just gonna' get too fast tickets, everyone knows that Red is the fastest color.

Try to get involved as much as you can, specially if you run into trouble trying to figure out some problems that may arise.

Of course, I didn't leave the dealership without a helmet (full face visor) and I have a motorcycle jacket in the mail.

If you have a motorcycle training course anywhere around, you may want to check into it. The information they give you can prove to be invaluable in keeping upright and avoiding/dealing with cars & other obsticles/dangers on the road.

Also, you might check out the book Proficient Motorcycling. Awesome book, with lots of really helpful info.

At any rate, have fun and ride safe--I don't think you will get any disagreement on this site with your comment about scooters being more fun to ride than cars are to drive! :P
