New to me- Black Jack. Weeeeee!

Hello –
I am new to the Forum but have been haunting it for several weeks now doing my research. This past weekend my Wife and I purchased 2 used scooters. She picked up an ’03 Vino (2t) with less than a thousand miles on it and I just grabbed an ’09 Genuine Buddy Black Jack with 8000 miles on it.
I have already derestricted the Vino’s tail-pipe (what an improvement), but the Black Jack doesn’t appear to need ANYTHING as it has been Dealer Maintained most recently in the last 200 miles with new Michelin S1 tires, a Kevlar Drive Belt, 13 gram Roller Weights, and fluids/filter. I am a big guy (6’1’-280#) and the Vino cries when I ride it, but will still pull me 35’ish now. The Black Jack was doing 65mph by speedo (wife was in the Car and said it was likely more like 60mph) and has no problem with the giddy up that I can tell (though more is always better), I mean it won’t pull a wheelie with me on it, but I wouldn’t expect a 150cc scooter to either.
One question I have was on the Roller Weights. Most if what I have read recommends going to lighter weights for quickness and speed. One post mentioned going to heavier weights for heavier riders- I was hoping someone could confirm/advise on such things. I would like to have a little more quickness for pulling out into tight swift moving traffic, but I could also just get used to not being in a vehicle with 330BHP and set my expectations more reasonably.
Having ridden the scooter around our little rural/suburban town for a couple days now, I will note that the ride could be a little smoother. I am sure the junkie roads in some of the neighborhoods here have me bottoming out the suspension. I am feeling it mostly in the residential areas going 20-25mph. I noted there are adjustments on the NCY Rear Shock and was wondering if there was a primer on setting the shock correctly for ride weight or if I would just be better off taking it into the Dealer to be set-up. I am not afraid of trying to set the shock myself if I have the right info. Also the Michelin S1 tires that are on are brand new, but some people mentioned going t a 130/90? For the rear tire? Would this improve ride for just handling?
Is there anything I should specifically look at or watch out for maintenance wise for the Black Jack.
