Head gasket woes+head porting. Engine builders enter.

59mm head gasket on a 58.5 bore. Will it work? I had the correct gasket and gave it to friend last week to finish his build. After catching a nasty cold virus I forgot until saturday I needed a gasket. I called all the major suppliers I knew of. Scooterworks(never returned my call), kspower(never returned my call), enviromoto closed, scooterelements in puertorico, partsforscooters no overnight. I finally ordered the closest thing I could find a 59mm head gasket from scrappydog.
Here's a few pictures of my porting. This is the exhaust port. I wish I had time to have the valves 3 angle ground and tuliped.
