Man I would drive that doodlebug into the dirt if I could get my hands on it.

$3,630.00 for the GL. Seems the buyer got burnt since it has been repainted (this is silver...GLs only came in white) the seat was replaced and the tail light looks incorrect, the motor appears to be an LML 150 (wrong kick start), and the leg shield badge is wrong.

The GL is considered one of the best looking and a fairly rare model. The original 150 motors were dogs so a swap is not uncommon but for that price I would want the original...for any GL at a minimum a Piaggio P engine.

That's a 2K scooter...Max.

The GL buyer really got burned. Mike Frankovitch is there and says that it's a LML motor (good eye!) and has bondo all up in the floorboard and front fender. Oops.

This one deserves more play. I did some reading on them and man, that'd be a sweet ride. I'd have a liquid cooled 250cc hidden under the bodywork, though. An Mp3 would be badass too.

At what point does a hobby become an addiction? I'm uncertain, but after the twelfth scooter, it sorta feels like the latter...

Seriously...I've lost count...

Seven mopeds ...that's still manageable...

I think the picture is of the bodywork, without a powertrain under it.

Check the videos, it has a couple of inches below it when assembled and riding.

the decopod is just a shell that can go on any naked scooter

here's one on an Aero 80

they're cool looking, but i don't think i would want one, much rather have a regular scooter.
