Needing Parts & Pieces

So I am new to the scootering world and am spending so much time online, looking for parts that I'm wanting to replace, such as:

1. a step floor (can't seem to find in the italia or dark green color
2. vin cover (is this an actual piece? according to the diagram on scooterloungeonline I am wanting this piece
3. lower section (front of bike) w/h mfg plate and the upper section w/ charging seat

Any insight as to where I can look online or do I need to go to a dealership?
