Modern Buddy

I have an 07 Buddy Italia that just turned 1500 miles and I am beginning to hear a squeek that sounds like it is coming from the front wheel area...the squeek only occurs when the wheel is turning, as I turned off the engine and coasted down a substantial hill and was able to hear it...

My brakes do no squeek when they are applied but I'm wondering if it could be a hub issue or simply dirty brake pads\rotor that is rubbing a little bit?

Any thoughts?
