Driver Foot Pegs
Has anyone experimented with adding/attaching driver foot pegs to their scooter?
I'd like to do this, but don't know how to proceed. Having ones that could fold up and out of the way would be best.
Thanks,
Matthew

Well Dave, at the risk of stating the obvious, I'd want them so I could stretch out my legs a bit on the long rides I normally take. I can see where they might not be desireable if your main riding is around town, but mine isn't. It's on the open road, and I like longer rides (as in hundreds of miles at a time, aside from my normal 60 mile RT commute) and foot pegs, well, I think you get the idea.

I'd vote for some "highway" pegs just for scooting around town... i'd be much more comfortable, but then again, i'm 6'4"healingpath wrote:Well Dave, at the risk of stating the obvious, I'd want them so I could stretch out my legs a bit on the long rides I normally take. If we ever got round legshield guards for the Buddy like the Vespa ET4 accessory, MC footpegs could be clamped onto them on the front low outside corners for more legroom! Everytime I see a scoot with those chrome legshield guards I think about hiway footpegs.......

Foot pegs
somewhere there is a write up with photos of a set I made for my buddy 170.they are in me someplace . Try google for scooter foot pegs and see what happens. It took me a while to make them as I made them out of stainless steel, and it took several try's. I an 6.2 and they sure are nice to have! Issue31
