Biondi Lap Apron

There's a Biondi Lap Apron on sale on Scooterwest.com:

They look similar to the Termoscuds, and even come in fitted sizes, but I can't find any reviews or stories anywhere as to whether they're any good.

Anyone have experience with these?

(Yes, it's summertime, but after this past Chicago winter, I'm already planning ahead)
