Lap covers ??

Post by Eddy Merckx »

Scooterworks has an universal lap cover, says it fits everything outside of the listed vespas/ stellas etc. also they have hand covers that go over the grips and levers,

Does anyone have expierience with the universal lap cover going onto a buddy 125 ???, or the hand covers ??

thanks,

We have the hand covers on our 50. They work great. You do not have to wear as thick or as many gloves/mittens with them. It was in the mid 30's this weekend and I just had a thin pair of mittens on.
I do not know about the lap cover. I think I have seen some threads on it here.

Question for you, can you reach the light switch and the signal switch, as well as the kill swich on the throttle side with some ease ??

again thanks,

You can still reach the controls. The covers have a spot to put your thumb like a glove. I usually do not have the throttle side thumb in the thumb area. If you have thicker gloves it can be a little challenging to press and cancel the left signal switch.
