Hi everyone,
Sorry I keep posting but when it comes to scooters I trust MD more than my local motorcycle dealer. Recently I purchased a 2008 Buddy 150cc w about 400 miles and wanted to do a oil change. The shop gave me a quart of Motul E-Tech 100 10w40 4 stroke motor-oil. Is there a difference between this and the 7100 4T scooter oil?
Thank you in advance for you help!

Motul E-Tech 100 Ester Synthetic 10W-40
This oil is a combination of esters and selected PAO synthetic base stocks. The formula offers the best of two worlds… high performance and city-type stop and go. Etech 100 is designed to work with performance engines, wet clutches, gearboxes, internal chains, high lift cams and heavy loads.
Motul 7100 is pure ester. I'm not really sure what that means but if you want read the link below.
