HEADLIGHT MODULATOR????

Post by SERIES ITALIA RIDER »

Does anyone know if a "Headlight Modulator" will work on a Buddy??? If so is it an easy installation??? I see lots of Blinking Headlights on Motorcycles during the day hours here in Denver....

Can't think of any reason why it wouldn't.
usually installation is as easy as plugging a device into the back of your bulb, and then your factory wire harness into the other end of it.

Yeah, you can definitely hook one up. I can't really say how easy the installation is—kinda depends on your skill and experience.

This looks pretty easy....
www.kisantech.com/view_product_pop.php?product=P115W-S

Will it fit our headlamp bulb?... It's pretty much plug-n-play and route a light sensor out and attach to a cable where light reaches it.

Here's some info on an install of this module:

And an installation tutorial for a motorcycle.

Here's a much cheaper alternative that may work.

And, finally, a very good tutorial on ModernVespa on installing a Diamond Star modulator.
