Aftermarket Shocks

I often ride two up and we find the stock shock bottoming out. We already have weight loss as an agenda item but I was wondering about after market shocks. Would the YSS adjustable provide more support on the rear end? Any recommendations?

I have heard very good things about the YSS and NCY shocks.

If you don't feel like paying half a week's pay for a shock, here are some good alternatives. The stock shock is 11", or 280mm eye to eye:

Here is another good shock. Made by Prodigy from Taiwan. It is 285mm, just slightly taller than stock. Maybe the best option for two-up riding.

The Forsa is made in Taiwan. I've used both of these on different scooters. Nice improvement over stock.
A stock roughhouse R50 rear shock will fit. It is adjustable and much more beefy than the Buddy rear shock.
The stock Buddy 170i rear shock is a Forsa non-adjustable. It is an upgrade over a standard buddy 125 rear shock.

I have a YSS and it's a nice improvement over stock.
There's pre-load adjustment on this shock to allow you to carry larger loads and maintain ride height.

I've looked at the forsa. They just seem too inexpensive to not be cheap. Anyone else had experience with them?
