New RH50 owner in Tennessee

I just bought a 2016 Roughhouse. I rode it around a little and decided to go ahead and de restrict it even though I can't open it up until I get it broke in. Well, I broke a fin on the drive face and tore the cover gasket. I've ordered the parts to fix it, but I have a brand new scooter with 7.9 miles on it sitting in my garage waiting on parts. This sucks. Anyway, can't wait to get it going. It already had the de restricted gasket in the exhaust. Come on scooter lounge with those parts.

It will ride just fine with a broken fin and the cover gasket is only for people who ride in significant amounts of rain/snow. I never reinstall them. Did you upjet? I'd recommend an 80 main jet for an all stock bike. You might as well toss in some 6.5gr sliders while you have it open.
