Scooter started changed piston housing and let sit came back to wouldn't move can was to tight or the timing was off. Got other parts for it wasn't same cc top end or can was wrong actually broke the part that holds the cam. After breaking back down and putting old parts back on still would not start. But didn't break them this time. Still rubbing can to much but when turned over with electric start smooth rotating. **KICK START'S STUCK** for some odd reason help.
