Gen-U-Bin Installation

I bought the Gen-U-Bin storage organizer but I'm confused re. it's installation. There are two sheet metal type screws that, from what I can see, do absolutely nothing. If I insert the organizer into the storage space, it does not tighten down with anything and just sits there loose. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Gen-U-Bin installed on my 2009 Sea foam green Buddy 125. It's a nice little organizer, but it was a bit pricey at over $50 incl. shipping. Don't think I'll buy a second one for my 2012 170i.

Found another one for $28 on Amazon with free shipping. That's almost half what I paid for the first one at scooterworks.
