This past weekend I put the blackout kit on my buddy, which included the speedometer ring. When I put her back together, it felt slow to react and wouldn't move if I just slowly revved the engine. However, my brother's Roughhouse speedometer is the exact same way. I've ridden a buddy in the past, but its been a couple years and I can't remember if that's how it's supposed to be or I put it back together incorrectly in some way.
