Suggestions needed regarding buddy 125 repairs

Hey,
I have a buddy 125. I had a pretty rough accident last night. It was raining heavily, and I slipped and broke the upper handle bar cover, and misaligned orientation of the headlight. I was wondering if its fixable? Are there any links that shows how to fix the orientation of the headlight and replace the handle cover? Any advice would be of great help.
