Question about PM use

I just noticed that I have several PMs that I thought I had sent to members here, but they are in my "outbox" and not the "sentbox". So does that mean these messages were never sent? There does not seem to be an option to send these messages.

Most likely, the intended member simply has not checked in for a while. That causes the PM to remain in your Outbox. In the version of phbBB which we use, that's how it works. Others vary, so I don't want to generalize.

Oh, OK, thanks for the explanation. Guess I won't worry about it then.
