Modern Buddy

Hey all - after unsuccessfully trying to charge my battery, it looks like my battery is dead. What battery do you guys use or suggest to get? Bonus points to peeps who provide a link so i can buy it online

I like the Everstart brand from Wal Fart. I think they sell one that fits the Buddy 125, not sure about the 50cc. Keep in mind about a core charge. Its at $18 dollars at the Wal for the Zuma battery. Not sure how that works mail order.

I recommend getting the highest amp hour rating you can find that will fit in the compartment. The stock 3 amp hour battery is pathetic.

I have this 8 amp hour battery in the Black Jack. Not saying it's the best, but it's much better than stock.

Also, consider doing the battery box mod to allow for a slightly taller battery.
