NEW???!!!! It shouldn't smoke at all. What brand?
Suggestion: Consider only the scooters from the following manufacturers; Vespa, Piaggio (made in Italy only), Genuine, Kymco, Sym, Honda, Yamaha, and Suzuki. I think I got the best ones. Avoid ANYTHNG else.
The scenery only changes for the lead scooterist.
