Caliper rebuild kit?

First of all, let me state that it's entirely obscene that Genuine asks $130 for a new caliper. Fer gosh sakes, I can get a new caliper for an F-150 for half that!
But I can't seem to find a rebuild kit. That caliper isn't rocket science and I could probably rebuild it in 20 minutes.
Anybody got a source?
